How to set up a map for making

I want to make a map, but i don't know how to set it up for use to be developed. (Like changing the name of the map and stuff.) Can anyone tell me how it works?

Which part doesn't work? Yes, some files have changed, but take a look inside the files and change ''gridmap'' into the maps name. Please reply if something doesn't work and what that is.

 

There is no misc file. If you could show a recent tutorial or send me a working version that would be great
