Anyone else have a Logitech G920? I've tried setting mine up to work with BeamNG but haven't had much luck. After some tinkering I finally got the gas/brake/clutch working, but it feels like they "bottom out" in the game a lot quicker than the pedals actual bottom out. The steering is absolutely bonkers. Every time I try it the steering is so violent that it generally tears the car's steering apart or jerks it off the road causing a crash. I'm guessing something to do with the dead zones or some such would fix it but I don't really know what to dink with. Anyone have any recommendations?

Have you installed Logitech drivers, and set the steering lock to maximum degrees?
Can you please attach your documents/beamng.drive/beamng.log file? Thanks!

I'm glad the wheel is compatable. Is the Driving Force addon shifter compatible? I'm thinking of buying both, but I need to be sure they work!

    It should o_O
Shouldnt register all that differently from a G27.
If it doesnt work then try mapping the controls manually. If that doesnt work, Suggest support or tell a dev that you would like to see support added for the wheel.

Try manually assigning things one at a time.
By one at a time I mean assign one control, completely exit the control mapping window, and re-enter it, and repeat.
There is a glitch with the control mapper that removes previous mappings if you attempt to do multiple mappings in the same session.

Also make sure you have the drivers installed.
If neither of those work, ask a dev to implement official control support for the wheel.

Cant find help anywhere about setting up a wheel to work. Wheel has a mind of its own and always spins full lock to the right. Pedals dont map properly, eg, right pedal when used as accelerator doesnt work as a pedal it works as a toggle button.

Can you run the support.exe tool located in BeamNG installation directory and post the ID number back here? Thanks!

The force feedback problems on your logitech wheel will probably be fixed in the next update (longer explanation here).

I've still been fighting with this and can't get it to work. The steering works fine, but the gas/brake/clutch pedals are inverted. Like I have to hold the brake down for the brake to be off. I can't figure out how to get it working properly. It works fine in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and various other racing games. Not sure why Beamng is handling it so differently.

EDIT: I have the Logitech gaming software installed and up to date.

Ok, I finally got it working. I had to delete all the mappings (there were apparently some things mapped twice by default for whatever reason). I deleted every keymapping related to the steering wheel and added them back manually. I had to invert all 3 pedals to get those to work properly. I put the steering sensitivity on .9 and slightly adjusted the deadzones. Now it's working great :)

I think my problem all along was that I didn't go through and delete the default mappings. There was some weird stuff setup (for instance, gear 4 on my shifter was set to gear 4 and change camera). I'm not sure if this is due to controls getting fiddled with in various version updates or what but I'm glad to have it working now. The game is so much more fun with a wheel!

Install the drivers, install the experimental hotfix of this thread, reset your bindings. If you HAVE to create the bindings from scratch, then something is wrong with the windows or drivers installation.
