How to shift in Realistic mode?

Hello

In this new update, I've been having trouble shifting. When I load a map, I get the default pickup, but it's stuck in Neutral and I can't shift it, even with the clutch. I then press Q but it doesn't change the shifting mode. Am I doing something wrong?

Well it's X and Z for me, and it works on other cars, but on the car I start out with (whether it's a campaign or freeroam), it won't shift.

 

I mean'the x and z but it's a bug in the update. Already been told to beamng crew.

No, I didn't see that message. It simply won't shift and won't change modes.

 

It's only the Gavril Roamer and D series.
