What wheel are you using? have you bound gas and brake to your pedals? Does your wheel do anything right now? does your wheel have a proprietary software package you need to run like the Logitech gaming software? is your wheel plugged in?

You must manually configure the bindings for that wheel, as it's not among the wheels we provide a pre-made configuration for.

You can use the link in the post above this one to see how to configure your wheel.
Not that your wheel does not have true Force Feedback, but only a vibration motor, so you can pretty probably skip the whole Force Feedback tuning part.
