Unsolved Hydros moving up and down instead of side to side?

    For some reason for my car I am making the hydros are moving up and down instead of side to side. Can anybody help me what is going on?
    btw I used the
    Introduction to Vehicle Creation


    pay attention to one of the axles it just moves up and down
