I’m having issues changing a material for a map modification that I’m working on.

    I’ve been trying to change an asphalt road material and texture to a dirt road material and texture, I have gotten a gray dirt textured asphalt material, meaning that it looks like a gray dirt texture that gets skid marks and has the grip of asphalt. What can I do to prevent this issue?
