I can't install the alpha, Solutions please!

Well, I paid the alpha, and i have the serial key, but when it was installing, it appearing a message saying: "Couldn't resolve host name", and then "Unable to get current version: please check your internet connection" and I have a very good connection. I do not know what to do. Please, i need solutions.

 

Option 1. If you have a firewall.. check and see if your firewall is blocking the installer from doing it's thing.

 

No, I have disabled the firewall and still I get the problem. Any other solution??

 

I am having the same issue. It won't connect to the update server. (?down?)

The installer runs fine, but when it's installed, it asks me the serial number, I enter it, and I get the above message. I have also tried disabling the firewall has to do and does not work.
