I can't log into the support page.

    I have tried to reset my password, but it just keeps saying I have the wrong combination which I am absolutely positive the credentials are correct.

    Which login? The Support Page does not require/asks you to be logged in.

    You get a copy of your ticket sent your your email address (the one you inserted in the ticket).
    That's it, all communication happens via mail, there's no special site you have e ti login to see that.
