I can't look up!

    I loaded a map but I couldn't change the vertical angle of the camera! Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    Hit Shift + C to go into freecam mode. Then you should be able to look up by holding right click.

    Ctrl+C didn't do anything other than put me in interior view
