I can't re-download!!!!

    I was re-downloading because of file reasons, and this pops up every time I try to download it!-

    That's a problem with Steam.

    Missing privileges would mean that Steam does not have access to that file somehow.
    Is your Windows account a limited account? Or does Steam has limited permissions?

    Probably not worth going into investigating, as googling around will get you many results already.

    The most popular suggestions I could find:
    - Run Steam as Administrator
    - Reboot PC?
