I can't use my mouse under 35 FPS !

    Why I can't use my mouse under 35fps but I can use it at 50fps. At 40fps is my mouse lagging.
    Is this a bug or is my PC only crap ? :confused: (I hope you understand it because my english isn't good :()

    I use Windows 7 32bit and

    Graphic Card = Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X
    Processor = AMD Phenom II X4 3.4 GHz True Quad-Core Design
    Mainboard = M3N78-EM
    RAM = 4GB PC2-8500 CL5 240 - Pin UDIMM Kit (2x2GB) (Kingston)
