I get stuck at the loading screen on certain maps

Long story short i get stuck on the loading screen on some maps, mostly mods but it has happened on vanilla ones, this happened after the new update.
things ive tried so far :
clearing cache
erasing my user config folder thingee
verify all the contents of beamng.
Some mod maps dont have this problem, for example, rally italia, doesnt have it, but any map made by 2k, such as the akagi one, or nagao just get stuck on the loading screen, ive tried waiting and just spamming the esc key n it didnt work, ive also tried the deleting UI thing and that didnt work either.
im guessing its just that the maps are 'outdated'? also, some textures on the rally italia map are broken, all the dirt paths*.
I can hear the car run, and wasd or controller still work, i can hear the engine revving and the car moving and crashing, its just i can see anything.

 

Try reloading UI with ctrl + F5 when such bug occures, it helped me most of the times.
Also, I don't know about which "rally italia" map you are talking about, as there are at least 2 maps with such name. There was an update for Beamng some days ago, so it is possible that it broke textures on some mod maps. So, it may not be your problem, if you can't get it fixed (old maps that didnt update for a long time tend to get outdated).
