i need help for a mod that i want to make

but i dont know anything
i dont know how to code
i dont know which programs I need

so anny information helps


anyway this is the mod that i want to make


i want to make an kei truck based on the 4 wheel pigeon Because it's basically a kei truck alredy
it just dont realy looks like one
thats why i want to make an different wehicle based on the pigon

thats what i want to make, i know it dosent look that good but for a first mod i think its an good idea because i alredy got an frame with an engien that i can use as a base.

if this is a "Bad" first mod idea please let me know

Maybe not the best first mod, but it’d be a nice second.
Maybe first make a custom engine for the Pigeon? Like a 660cc for example.

idk much about modding but hes right that you should start off easy, like making an engine or a skin or something like that. Then you could take the pigeon and change up the body a bit maybe
