I need help with my Xbox360 Controller!!!!

    My controller is a GameStop brand contoller that is the same as a normal one but the only problem with it is that i cannot seem to get it to work with BeamNG.drive!


    I have looked at other wiki entries and some videoes, but none of them work!

    Some say that they just load in and their controller works, but apperently some have to do a lot through logs and configs and everything like that!

    I dont know if im doing anyhting wrong but here are some specs:
    Windows 7 Home Premium
    64-bit OS
    GameStop 3rd Party controller
    SteamBuild ID: 349868

    Hopefully someone can help me out!

    The GUID on a GameStop controller is different. BeamNG identifies controllers from GUID and GUID only. You need a new inputmap

    So if i use a normal Xbox controller, it should work?

    yes it will[probably] i use a unbranded controller and pluggged it in and it worked straight away:)

    Beam has a default input map for most 360 controllers. I have an MS 360 and Beam saw it right away.
