I have created a skin, but it will not show up in-game. I am very incompetent, so if someone could inform me what I've done wrong, it would be very appreciated.
Maybe it's packed incorrectly. It must be packed like this: vehicles/pickup. UPDATE: Yes, it is indeed packed incorrectly. As Car_Killer said to me in a DM when he reviewed my license plate pack this morning:
Nope, it is still packed incorrectly. I will attach my fixed version below to see if it works for you.
Make sure your files are not missing any brackets or anything like that, and use the most similar vanilla skins as reference.
