With the new system , you have a Automatic in the manual box , wich is like the Arcade version , but i want to use it pure manual , wich isnt as good as it was because of the D , and the block that keeps me away from D , N , and R while driving , how can i get the old one back ? Sorry for bad english , i dont have the time right now
You can't. Game systems only go forward in development, never backwards. You have to deal with this new system the best way you can.
Could you explain more carefully what you mean? I can't understand everything that you're trying to say.
Of course I got that, it says so in the title. I just didn't get what problem he has with the current system?
He probably means he can't use pure manual mode without the engine stalling out or something like that.
Just in case you missed it, like some other people: You can change the default gearbox mode from Options > Gameplay. You can choose between. Arcade (The game does everything) Realistic (You do everything) In addition, when using realistic mode, the Clutch / Throttle Assistant options will be available. Turn them on and off you do not want the game to help you with the Clutch or the Throttle. Gameplay-wise, you can do the same and more with the current system, you just need to learn it and learn the new options first.
I don't see the problem. There are no options taken away transmission wise in this update. You can still switch between arcade and realistic with Q button and now configure realistic in options
Why do I feel like it may also be because the new update breaks some mods? I'm always unhappy with mods breaking, but you have to decide which one you want the most, and for me, BeamNG comes first. Mods can always be updated to support the most recent version.
What ThatGamer said. They removed it so everyone could have a safe haven to hide from hatred. ALL PRAISE NADEOX CHRIST.
To be honest I'd prefer to have a written description of how my post was complete sh*te than just a little emoticon type thing at the bottom of my post.
I would gladly explain why I disagree with OP, however it's solely a matter of my preference of the new shifting system, I find it more responsive and realistic. Seems like it's hard to satisfy everyone' needs.
Your post was complete and utter dog shite as it did nothing to praise the true saviours of this world. Bends down onto hands and knees to praise the staff of beamng
A lot of off topic here but I think the OP still hasn't been answered. I think what he means is that if you use a car with a shiftable automatic or DCT you now go through D (and S if available) to M1, M2 etc but if you're in M# you can't put it back into S, D, N and R.
