My laptop just isn't really good nowadays (or the settings are beyond screwed), and its slowly but surely dying (battery's dead and the keyboard is malfunctioning), so I want to get something new
The specs of what I am looking at are as follows:
    Ryzen 5 5600G
    Thermaltake Toughair 310 CPU Cooler
    Asus Radeon 6700 XT Dual
32GB of Trident Z DDR4-3200 RAM (I can get 16GB of DDR4-4000 for the same price if thats better)
ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WIFI II
be quiet! System Power 10 750W
    2TB Kingston NV2 NVME 4.0 SSD
    Corsair 4000D Airflow

This is a list I've created based on a prebuild I've configured.
The total price is 1169€ (1366€ for the prebuild).
The only difference is that instead of a wifi mainboard the Prebuild had a seperate module, but thats like a 20 dollar difference.

    First of all:
    How recommendable is this setup?
I want to be at least somewhat 'safe' for the next 4 years or so.
Second: Go with the prebuild or build it myself?
I have no experience building PCs, and I am afraid of doing something wrong.
Is it better to spend 200€ more and have a warranty and a guarantee it works,
or save 200€ and risk breaking something?

Thank you for reading this, and feel free to suggest better options for parts.

(part prices sourced from geizhals.at, a site that compares prices from different online shops)

Stay with 32 gb ram, beamng would run better on 32gb, specially with bigger maps and loads of cars
