[SOLVED] Ibishu 200BX Rev Limiter won't work

A few hours ago i made a thread on my new 200BX Mod which adds a customizable engine, which i had a problem with which is now solved and working. But now i have a different problem. Neither what i pick, the Stock ECU, or the Type-LS ECU, the Engine still revs to 8500 like without the limiter. Can somebody please help?
