Most likely not, but we can hope!

 

There will be a 4-speed auto and 5-speed manual option for all stock variants, but I will also try to have a 6-speed as an option for the custom and race variants.

Also, I apologize for the lack of progress lately. I’ve been quite busy over the last few days, but I’ll post progress as soon as I can! (^.^)

I apologize for the lack of progress over the last week or so, I've been very busy. I assure you though, I am still working in this mod, and will see it to completion! (ノ^∇^)

That being said, I haven't done much over the last week, but here's a little progress update anyways. (^ں^*)

I reworked the tailgate a bit to line up with the other windows. I also added a bit of trim, and put some glass in. It still needs some cleaning up, but it's a lot nicer now.


I somehow managed to accidentally fix the front glowmaps. I honestly don't know what I did, but hey, I'm not complaining! (*ᗒᗨᗕ) I think it was from when I was messing around with the jbeam, but I'm not sure.


I also have been trying to make the jbeam a bit nicer, but I often do more harm than good. It's slowly getting better though.

Once again, I apologize for the lack of progress, I'll try to get a bit more done as soon as I can.

Yahallo! At this point, this is just my standard greeting, haha. (*≧ω≦)

So this is kind of an overall progress update. There have been a few people PM-ing me about when the release date will be, and honestly, it's hard to say. I'd like to at least be in beta by the end of March, but we'll see how it goes.

So, in the grand scheme of things, I have two major things to do before I can go to beta. (1.) Clean up the mesh, and (2.) clean up the jbeam. For the mesh, these are the major things I need to fix:

Weird rear pillar


Inconsistent reflections on fender (not entirely sure why this happens)


Inconsistent reflections on rear hatch


Very messy front pillar


This nonsense


Rear seats I threw together in ten minutes


More nonsense with the front fender



And as for jbeam, it's mediocre in the front, and horrific in the back.


Also, I messed up the suspension jbeam a bit, so now the front wheel axles are made of pocky sticks, and all-wheel-drive doesn't work. It's not a major deal, I know how to fix it, but yeah, the jbeam is pretty bad right now. (｡◝‿◜｡)

Oh yeah, I also need to UV map everything, but that's not too bad.


Anyways, that's the bulk of what I need to get done, I suppose. It doesn't seem like a lot, but we'll see how things go. Like I said before, I'd like to be in beta by the end of March, but that is a very optimistic goal, especially since there are a lot of smaller things I need to do as well (interior, roof rack, lettering, etcetera).
