Hey HighVoltage, I think watching some car modelling videos might help. The mesh on this just looks very inconsistent. I’ve heard triangles are the best. Also Modding For Dummies and BeamNG Discord servers will be really helpful to you. Good luck
Its based on the new civic body frame --- Post updated --- Wym inconsistent? I know some wires are janky and not straight but i could fix that later
"Some wires" more like half of the car, it probably will deform super weird in game because of this, also many parts of the model are smooth that should be sharp
Oh god here we go again... --- Post updated --- Some more progress(right) left is the bastion as model
If you’re not going to take our advice constructively then I don’t see how you’re gonna be able to make a mod
Body&underbody kinda done Comparision between bastion body and civic body: Comparision between Bastion and Civic underbody: Civic body&underbody together:
Yes its an old project from where i was a newbie now i am a pro newbie --- Post updated --- Extruded the "hood jamb" from the frenders and bumper and designed the trunk...the trunk itself. Tomorrow imma watch sometexturing tutorials in Blender and gonna see how i make them to apply in game.
Not too shabby, one thing i see is the purt under the hood and over the headlights should be split, a simple loop split should do it.
Yep, i was thinking about that too --- Post updated --- Umm...Can i call this a dashboard? --- Post updated --- Also kinda done the console and the infotaiment screen.
AAAnd the door panels. Started doing materials...kinda? (the seats are taken from the Bastion btw) And I realised that i didnt modeled the quarter glass interior xd.
Wow you work decently fast modeling wise most likely wont be released soon but I'll be waiting for this 2022 Ibishu Covet Hatchback.
