Made this old covered bridge today, and a few days ago made the interstate looking bridge at the start of the track. Ice Track - Version 0.75 - YouTube Anyone else wanting to use real snow in Blender, it works really well. It is too many polygons but it sure is great for blanketing anything with snow. I make a mesh plane slightly larger than the area of the snow mesh and subdivide it a few times. Then shrink wrap the plane to the high poly snow. Then bake the normals from the high poly object and the diffuse lighting with hdri baked lighting. Someone asked me about making mud, this was my attempt. I added it to the ice track to see how it may look with the contrast. Game would look great with shader displacement in my opinion. Only thing missing. (20) First Mud Attempt - BeamNG - YouTube
