TBH it's too staurated to be old, also too high rez and in a screen-ration that wasn't around much/at-all in the 90s. All you did was add a CRT effect, but cool nonetheless.

 

More like "If BeamNG is played in a 1990's TV" if you ask me.

 

Uhhhhh, use the doge ram 1500, Soliad wendover low poly mod, then it looks more like the 90s

Add more pixels, and grey lines across the screen, it's every 90s racing game ever

If it had 8 bit pixels it would be spot on, but, oh well...
