I'm dying. (Can't get vehicle mods to work)

Hello. I'm dying. So, level mods work perfectly, but about eighty percent of the vehicle mods I try don't work. The D Series trophy truck is a good example. It works for everyone else, but not for me. I get the mods from this website, and have tried using the mods folder, tried putting the files directly into the game files, tried unzipping and leaving them alone. As you can see, the vehicles have missing assets (I don't think it happens with the trophy truck), and the steering wheel and other components are stuck in the ground, and the colour defaults to chrome instead of the default vehicle colour. This has happened to mods not from the official website as well, though they normally work for other people. Any ideas?

 

Some mods may be outdated, thus won't work properly with the current version of the game. This is especially true for mods based on official vehicles. The trophy truck is a good example, it hasn' t been updated in a while.
