I've been considering an adjustment to the tire modeling system within BeamNG.drive. While the current model performs satisfactorily for off-road and rallying scenarios, it appears less effective when simulating driving on tarmac or asphalt surfaces.

I propose integrating elements of the empirical tire model into the simulation. This model is renowned for its accuracy in representing tire behavior and grip levels on smooth, high-traction surfaces, such as tarmac and asphalt. By adopting this approach, we may achieve improved handling, cornering, and braking dynamics during on-road driving experiences.

While I acknowledge the potential complexity and challenges associated with implementing such a change, I believe the benefits in terms of realism and driving enjoyment would justify the effort.

I am interested in your thoughts on this matter.
