The title says it all you can't even use the drag strip without AI being in your way and stopping you from getting a good time
In my opinion they shouldn't be there at all, neither drag strip or racetrack. If they have to be there, at least they should do some proper racing in these areas. But as we know, the AI needs massive improvements in nearly all catagories such as lane changing, lane keeping, speed limits, turning, crossings and so on...
