ok so in-game I like having a mod marketplace. being able to download in the game directly instead of using a browser redirect. in this "marketplace" there will be a content browser for looking for new mods or exploring downloaded mods, internal update support so when the mod gets updated it is ready to go without re-downloading. I don't know about anyone else but I kind of like the idea of a BeamNG marketplace that's fully integrated.
