I was using my iPhone when all of a sudden 2 lines appeared on the screen going straight down the screen. My iPhone has rage incidents just so you know And I was only tapping lightly And the phone has not been submerged underwater before, and it has been dropped multiple times before also Would anyone know why these 2 lines appeared on my iPhone? I'm thinking its incoming LCD failure
The line seems to if disappeared, although I have to fight with the touch screen sometimes The lines appear when they want to
The fact that you mentioned dropping it multiple times irks me, and seems to have been the obvious. Do you even have a phone case? Trust me, they aren't that expensive in investing in one that atleast protects your phone from drops..
What model do you have? I have a 4s I bought second hand which I dropped a few times. It's got a decent cover so there isn't a crack on the thing, but still, which model?
Okay, so this is true. But it tends to be the 4/4s and 6/6 Plus/6s/6s Plus that smash the easiest, 4/4s because the back has a glass layer and 6/6s cos they are insanely thin compared to the other iPhones. Ps I am referencing NismoR35. (I'm new here, the quote feature doesn't work).
I had the original 4 when they first came out, and I've admitted I've dropped it a few times, but the first thing I did to it was buy a case for it, and the phone's lasted me since then until last month when I upgraded to the 6S, which I also immediately bought a case for. Still works, but the Home and volume buttons are heavily worn out, and the battery seems to lose it's charge more quicker than before.
True. The 4s has the lowest standby battery life of any iPhone (250 hours new) and my 4s does reflect that often. The battery gets whittled away from the occasional Pinterest browse, a few reads and (and admittedly a lot of cos my nine year old brother hogs it all the time) The Battle Cats. Serious gaming is reserved for my tablets. Still, works fine. Update: I realised that the brightness on it was at MAXIMUM. On half brightness though, the battery isn't great.
I hate my 5S. I use it for app development, app development and app development. I develop iOS apps for a uni module and not for my own use.
I have a 5s and I put it in a wallet case, but the screen is more volnerable without a case because if I drop it hard on concrete from say 6ft, and it lands top first then it will shatter the screen as that layer of protection is gone, but I can still use the rear microphone, camera and flash. The flash however doesn't stay on for anymore than 24 seconds But Saturday night, when I played some music, the touch screen became 100% unresponsive on the lock screen no matter how hard I pushed, and it hasn't done that since
