(I searched this sub-forum for "driveshaft" and didn't come across any recent report on this, so I assume it's unreported)

I believe I've found a bug with the driveshaft for at least Burnside (423 CUI, stage 3 long block, 4-barrel carburetor, N2O), if not other vehicles -- by only changing the N2O power, the driveshaft started to consistently break despite the N2O never having been enabled (white indicator circle etc). So I'm pretty confident the driveshaft stress (and maybe stress in the entire chain?) is simulated as if N2O was active/enabled (perhaps also relevant with turbos/superchargers?), regardless of whether it is, at least in this instance.

Edit: For anybody looking this up, apparently this is intentional and caused by the game auto-adjusting the clutch torque/"grabiness" according to peak potential input power. (So with this config the clutch probably has some small slippage when the N2O is at a low power setting.)
