With everything maxed out camera is not close to what it really should, and extreme example of it is Racing. Where car does the stiffest suspension and any curb bounces everything, can be seen on cameras onboard, in racing games and etc. I suggest to either prolong shaking effects to a point of artificial amplification, a bit exaggerated because still the car feels overcomfy driving on gt3 from what it supposed to be. Also i'd want to have something like "vibration threshold" for a car, that would impact camera depending on surface even if it's artificially made tremble. A thing to discuss. tl:dr Current camera is overcomfy on uncomfiest settings for doing racing
