Increase the speed of a vehicle

Hello,

I would like to increase the speed of a vehicle, for example, make a bus run at 300km/h.
Is it possible to change the speed for each vehicle via a mod or something ?

There some mods that add powerful engines.

Or if you can't find a mod that you like you could try making your own, which is not too hard considering that you would only have to tweak, copy and mess around with some files.
