Yes, it is relatively easy to keep it at low speed (of course a little more difficult than a Covet DX). Its top speed is 193 mph. It takes a lot of time to gain more speed after reaching 185 mph.
6 speed manual, completely stock I4. it is a base model sunburst plus a crappy bodykit crappy rims and a massive wing Oh and a carbon fibre bonnet also weird side exhaust system with dual fart cans --- Post updated --- clutch might need replacing aswell.

Ibishu 200BX Police Special Pursuit Unit 1994 Miles: 97451 Automatic Equipment: driver's front airbag, ABS, power steering, A/C This is a former police car. Livery is still there, but the light bar and other police equipment were removed. The vehicle was left parked shortly after being retired from the police force in 2000. I was its first and only owner after its retirement (bought it from a salvage auction). I parked it on a waste land not far from my house among my other cars. I never drove it afterwards, though I tried to keep the body in a good shape by fighting rust. This car has a special turbocharged 263 PS engine and can accelerate to 100 km/h (64 mph) in 6.1 seconds. It was built for high speed car chases and is very fast and durable. About the condition: the body is in a good shape but has some rust underneath (doors, fenders, tailgate, hood are rust free). The engine looks like it is in a good condition, but the car doesn't start due to ignition malfunction. Other electronic systems may also be damaged or destroyed because the vehicle was left parked outside for 16 years. This is an interesting restoration project, a car that is fun to drive. Or you may remove the engine, sports suspension and gearbox to install into another 200BX. Or make this a body parts donor. Asking $600, can do a discount. Selling whole car only.
SOLD 1994 Gavril D25. It has 184.000 miles, I bought it when I first moved to my own house back in the days. It's a one owner well looked after truck. I only took it for a certified Gavril dealer. At some point i replaced the solid axle front with an independent one because it failed on me. To be honest, it actually rides better now . It has all the factory options (it's the top trim, fully optioned out) I'm asking for 10.000$ for this beast but i'm willing negotiate a little. ~Willing to trade ~(A Roamer XT is what I'm looking for )
I'm not interested, I just bought a truck. Post Update: After I got the truck, I removed the light rack, and added Offroad Fender flares to the front, since they were missing originally. Now it's lives in Utah, USA.
Thanks, but I'd like to keep $12,000 the minimum. I'll be happy to sell to you for $12,000. Plate is still $40 extra though.
OK, I'll take it! If it didn't have such low mileage i wouldn't even bother offering. I'll add those 40$ for the plate too. Total: 12.040$
