Insane ROR Glitch

I have found the Toyota Celica does the insane ROR glitch along with every car EXCEPT Gabesters cars.... Is he THAT good? Well the Gavril Grand Marshal has the same glitch problem. I wonder if its only my computer... Please assist?

Do you see the roof? Its like that

 

Its not just your computer, its the n/b. From my knowledge about n/b's (which isn't much), it has no beam limiters, so the mesh stretches with the beams causing it to look like that.
