Insert particles of dust. leafs, insets and birds flying arround the maps as they are preseted by the map creator. The windshield could start to became dirty with the insets hitting it all the way of the ride, this leads also for dirty, mud.
Would be good but that's just graphical changes. It would take a extra hit on pc's for no major bonus. maybe on end game version or as a mod later on. Made me think of driveclubs leaf affect
