Is AI Speed Limit Broken on Johnson Valley?

    Keep trying to set the traffic ai on Johnson Valley, and the ai is stuck at 37mph when I have it set to 75mph on the app. This has never happened before 0.36 and I don't know if I'm missing something or if the ai on Johnson Valley actually just borked.

    yes it really weird! i have been trying to make them go about 70 mph but it wont respond.. developers needs to fix this right away! jhonson valley is my favorite map! i dont like traffic going slow.. it makes me lose control!
