Is it just me, or is the bloom post processing effect not working?

I remember at one point about a year ago an update was released that added a nice looking bloom effect, especially when the sun shines on the car. Now since about v0.22 or something, turning on bloom has no effect at all.

I'm wondering if it's just me because I haven't been able to find much discussion about this. I miss that bloom effect. It really brought depth to the visuals that was lacking before.

 

I was testing some settings recently and I also noticed the bloom setting wasn't doing anything. I tried it on many different stock maps and with different vehicles and it didn't do anything.

 

Post it in the 0.23 discussion thread, it's probably a bug.
