Is It Possible To Change Default Vehicle And Licence Plate?

I don't see anywhere where to change the default OS.
On one of the old versions, you could change the licence plate and even what it said.

Whatever I did, I somehow got to so no vehicle at default.

 

It is possible. For the licence plate press control+w and find licence plate. Type whatever you like on the licence plate text and press the tick button also find licence plate style and press apply. For default vehicle press control+e and press set as default. Hope this helps.
