is it possible to have a rev limiter AND still be able to enter the tachometer redzone?

    I had a dumb thought

you know in a car, you look at the tacho and the red bit starts at say 6000 but the limiter kicks in at to like 6300, is it possible to do that in beam? where it can go in the red bit but still hit a limiter? or would I have to basically remove the limiter and set the engine torque to 0 at the "limiter" RPM.
