Is my FPS normal?

    I have an Asus R9 290 4GB and FX 8350 8-core at stock (4.0ghz) with 8gb DDR3 RAM. On normal settings, with grass density at 55% and Anisotropic filtering at 16x I am getting 50-55fps. This seems a tad low to me, is this normal? GPU usage is maxed out, CPU is at 20-30%
