Is my personal website a "3rd-party mods site" if I host my own mods on it?

I know there are places like Modland and such that have BeamNG mods and those places are looked down upon because most of the mods they have are either terrible or stolen. And links to those places are not allowed. But I want to host my own mods (and nobody else's ) on my own site. Would that be regarded in the same light as far as posting links to it?

I think it should be fine, It will still be considered a 3rd party mod website but if you have real mods on it it should be fine.

Technically, yes, but if it's not the stereotypical mesh slap mod website that has a million of random bad mods then I wouldnt say it's an issue
