Is saving objects possible ?

The entire highway of of west coats U.S.A with objects like chairs, tvs, pianios, jumps into empty mobile homes and pretty much anything to crash and jump threw. I have spent hours getting it to how i want it and its super fun but i wanted to know if i could possibly save everything how it is and load it back when I am ready to play it again, or will i have to replace and re do everything everytime ? sorry for the dumb questions but i would appriciate the help. I really wanna play it all the time, and maybe even do an upload for everyone to play. Its a really fun course.

 

It is possible to save your props and vehicles on a map in the world editor(F11).

It is not the best tutorial video, seems more like a random lets play but all the necessary information is in there.

One thing to note is that when you clear cache you will lose your saved level, so make a backup of the files in:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.24\Levels

I tried to open World Editor by pressing F11 but it just does nothing but make the screen darker
