Is the techdemo performance same as the full version?

    I have an i3 12100
    UHD 730
    8 GB ram

    will I be able to run the full game if I run the demo at 60 fps low settings?

    No, the tech demo is what, 10 years old? You'll still run the current version at a playable framerate at the lowest settings but I wouldn't expect 60
