Is the West Coast USA going to be optimized?

So, maybe people have asked this, but the West Coast is a beautiful map, but when I use it the FPS goes down to about 3... so will it be optimized for slower machines in the next update? Can't wait to use it.

 

It is a map that...everyone has been waiting about for a long time, so I bet the devs would give it some sort of optimization along the way, either way, it's a pretty big map, so its going to lag anyway.

 

I have had problems that go like this:
1 car spawned: 55 FPS.
2 cars spawned: 50 FPS.
3 cars spawned: 5 FPS.
I have a computer that can easily did all with >6 cars on ECA and Utah, so...
