Is there a way to make the headlights light up the road more?

I would like to do some night driving but the headlights at the moment don't work very well. Is there a mod that'd fix it? Or maybe it will be fixed in upcoming updates?

 

Do you have your highbeams on? What level of lighting detail do you have (Lowest, Low, Normal, High, Highest)? We need to know some of these things before we can help you. If you have your lighting detail on lowest or low, you might not see much. If you cannot put your level of detail for lighting any higher without lagging, there is nothing else you can do. Furthermore, no there are not any mods to make headlights/taillights brighter that I know of.

 

Thank you. I was playing on the highest detail level but the lights weren't working. It needed to be put in the "custom" settings to work.
