    The devs said they would add it in the next update, last update. Can't find any options for it though.

    yes AI is working on some maps. However you need to add the AI App in to the gui, then spawn a second vehicle. then you can select an ai mode. Random is a ton of fun on east coast. I just chase the ai in police cruisers. http://media.beamng.com/lBCTFKFiVnPlDqnX

    It's a ton of fun if you enjoy them pulling the dumbest U-Turns and making very short routes that create mostly annoying situations.
