Is there any Blender Tutorial for modelling or exporting a car?

So, yeah, I haven't found anything relevant yet, though it's not a surprise knowing the game is somewhat new, but, is there at least a small tutorial on how to Model the car for the game? Not like the making the car, but how to use the armature/bones if there's need for that or how to put every piece of the car, and, I guess there is no export option at all.

I've read that for now Blender doesn't work, is that true?

I think it'd be nice if a Blender God made tutorial for this awesome game.
