is there some Motion Blur or something baked-in ?

signposts only look super crisp when I am not moving
when I drive past one, it looks like it is being drawn twice each frame, or wobbling or something
it seems the most pronounced at the very side of the screen (and at higher speeds)

Have the devs coded for red-shift or something and this is actually the way we see light ???

I wish I still had my old highspeed camera as this is pretty hard to show evidence otherwise
