is this laptop usable for beam?

    I had a laptop I found in storage and it had an i7-3630qm clocked @2.40 GHz running windows 10 home
    and it has intel hd4000 for its card but I already know that is barely capable of low settings

    No, your experience would be rather poor with that, and you'll likely overheat the laptop trying.
