Is this why it's not running so well?

Just loaded up the game for the first time in a little while, and it's saying I have problems. Apparently I've not got a 64bit cpu and only 4gb ram.

Could the game only be using 4gb of ram hence bad running?

 

At 2.2ghz in a laptop, its never going to run well anyway.

But yes it does appear to be that you are running the 32 bit build of the game rather than 64 bit.

Try manually launching the x64 version. x86_32 applications cannot use more than 4gb of RAM anyway.

Oh. More RAM doesnt make anything faster, applications will only use what they need, BeamNG doesnt even need 4gb.

 

That all make sense, I'll try launching the x64 version. But the game did run perfectly well before the last big update. Like 45-50fps.
