Ishibu Covet hubcaps Slow the car

Once the car has lost one of its front hubcaps the car becomes extremely slow It is rather odd I thought. the way I deal with it is changing the wheels, but steel rims with hubcaps can be a pain once they come off.

I also had that problem myself but I ended up fixing it by removing any engine mods for that car.

and it only has 1 side mirror?
i didn't wanna start a new thread about it and somebody has probably reported it already

 

It's the car's style.

 

It never had a second side mirror.
