Issue creating new map

Ive made dozens of maps, so i know how to make them, but after the last major update, i cannot seem to get an imported terrain height map to work. When i reload the level, I see a small rectangle that says no texture instead of my terrain. I double checked that the .ter is in the right place, and all of the file paths are correct. Im thinking since there are now multiple directories where mods go, my new maps are getting messed up some how. Im not sure how to fix this, so I cant create any maps anymore I guess.
